The diamond drop sweater is a great and comfortable everyday sweater that fits perfectly all year round.
It is knitted from the top down, and has a repeating pattern that is easy to knit once you get into the rhythm.
The pattern is made in sizes S(M)L(XL)XXL and the sweater has wide sleeves, both types of sweater.
We offer two different versions of the diamond drop sweater. A thin version knitted in thin Peer Gynt yarn, and a thicker version knitted in Peer Gynt yarn.
The thick version has a high neck and several colors that create a dense pattern that makes the sweater extra thick, nice and warm.
The sweater is roomy and since it is knitted from the top down, it can be adjusted to fit you however you want.
We recommend using guide needles no. 3.5 and 4 for the thick version and needles no. 2.5 and 3 for the thin version of the sweater.
Knitting tension for thin sweater: 27 stitches = 10 cm on needles no. 3.
Overall width: Approx. 95 (101) 107 (113) 119 (124) cm
Sleeve length: 41 cm, or desired length
Knitting tension thick sweater: 21 stitches = 10 cm on needles no. 4.
