Payment and shipping : Fixed postage NOK 70 on shipments in Norway. All shipments are sent by Posten/bring.

The item is shipped the same day or the first business day after weekends/holidays.

PDF-FILE knitting/sewing pattern: You will receive it immediately to the email address you provided. If you do not find the PDF file in your inbox, check your spam folder.

Please note that there are no returns on PDF files.

Personal information: MonikaMdesign processes personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. Information about you will never be made available to other businesses.

Cancellation : If you wish to cancel, please contact me by email: mmonika@online.no

Complaints: If there is something you are not completely satisfied with, or there is damage to an item, contact me by email: monikamdesign@online.no.

Right of withdrawal: When you shop online you have a 14-day withdrawal period. from the day you receive the item .

There is no right of withdrawal for PDF files purchased from the website .
