Circular needle and double pointed needles No. 2,5 and 3

Crochet hook: No. 2.5

Recommended knitting tension: 28 stitches stockinette stitch on needle no. 3 = 10 cm Accessories: 3 buttons

THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE BAPTISMAL DRESS:

The dress is knitted from the top down, with even increases on the yoke.

The separation between the yoke and the skirt is a knitted horizontal braid.

After the braid, increase for the skirt and divide into the structured knitted parts of the skirt.

The sleeves are knitted on at the end. I have used the magic loop technique on the sleeves, but that is of course optional.

You can use a small circular needle or double pointed needles. I knitted the dresses (knitted 2 because they were for twins) on knitting needles from ChiaoGoo. They are incredibly good knitting needles where the wire does not curl, and the needles are pointed. You can find the knitting needles here: KNITTING NEEDLES

The knitting needles are also absolutely perfect for magic loop.

The crochet edges are crocheted on at the end.
